Just fill out the Form on the bottom of this page, and we will get back to you as soon as possible, or you can book us on our booking page, by going to the service or package you want on the service and pricing page, and click on the service and it will take you to our booking page. What areas do Detail Proz cover?
Our main shop is in Rockingham, NC, our other shop is in Asheboro, NC. WE SERVE MOST OF THE CAROLINA'S.
Are the cleaning products used by Detail Proz environmentally friendly?
Yes, we use eco-friendly and biodegradable products to ensure the safety of your vehicle and the environment. We use all Professional grade products. "NO SHORT CUTS".
Do I need to provide any equipment or water for the detailing service?
Sometimes, we might need to use your water or power. Most of the time we use our own eqipment.
What is the cancellation policy for appointments with Detail Proz?
We require at least 48 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a service fees. The service fee is $25. We will send you an invoice for the $25 if we do not hear from you on the day of the detail, or if we call you and you do not answer. We will call 2 or 3 times if no answer we will send you an invoice for the service fee.

I bought a brand new car that had tough water spots all over the windshield and back glass. It was a huge safety issue when it rained because I could barely see with all the spots. These guys came out to my place and examined the glass and got right to work. After a little bit of time he got all the water spots off and even washed my whole car afterwards! They went above and beyond and did an awesome job! Very friendly and fair priced!
